Erosion Control
Our Definition: Keeping the Soil in Place. Most often, keeping the soil in place is a matter of establishing vegetation, especially on the typical slope. At ASP, vegetation management involves providing the necessary temporary erosion control protection until vegetation can take over. This may be in as little as 45 days or might take up to 3 years. In instances where vegetation alone is not enough, we have a wide range of stronger solutions that can take care of most any erosion control problem.

Sediment Control
Our Definition: Capturing Sediment suspended in storm water runoff. Clearly this is much harder to accomplish then performing effective erosion control. Once soil is in fluid motion, it is much more difficult to collect. We have a wide range of tools to capture sediment and keep our creeks, streams and rivers clean.

Geosynthetic Solutions
Our Definition: is the term used to describe a range of generally polymeric products used to solve civil engineering problems. These Geosynthetic materials are engineered with advanced application knowledge to meet project specifications for transportation construction, mechanically stabilized earth, erosion control, water and waste management, and shoreline protection/marine structure construction. This includes applications for building roads, walls, embankments, containing waste water treatment plants, petroleum tank farms, agricultural waste lagoons, to foundation repairs, drainage fabrics and more.

Storm Water Management Solutions
Our Definition: Stormwater management is the method for controlling stormwater runoff for the purposes of reducing downstream erosion, improving water quality, and mitigating the adverse effects of changes in land use on the aquatic environment. There are a variety of Low Impact Development techniques that can significantly satisfy water management needs and requirements. Also in this category are all of our drainage products, inlets, pipe, drains and more.

LEED / Sustainable Solutions
Our Definition: Developing sustainable sites that mimic the pre-development runoff scenarios. Following the USGBC format for LEED Certification, we have organized this section by the 6 major categories. If you are looking for LEED points, open this section.
